Business visit to Nepal – October 2024

At the end of October 2024, I had the opportunity to visit beautiful Nepal, where I personally checked out the Kathmandu agency we are working with to find and recruit Nepalese workers to work in Europe. The agency has all the necessary permits and a professional team of 15 colleagues and is one of the largest formation agencies in Nepal, with experience in placing Nepalese workers in the European Union. It was a very pleasant visit, as our hosts in Nepal welcomed us with warmth and kindness. They made sure we were comfortable and also gave us the opportunity to see many tourist attractions, among which I was most impressed by the colourful temples, lively bazaars and breathtaking views of the Himalayas.

Nepalese workers are extremely well suited to work in Europe. They are highly motivated, kind and warm-hearted people who are passionate about their work. They realise that working in the European Union is a great opportunity of a lifetime, which gives them an extra incentive to prove themselves and demonstrate their work ethic. I believe that working with Nepalese workers is a great opportunity for European companies as they bring dedication, hard work and positive energy to any work environment.

My visit to Nepal has given me even more confidence in our cooperation with my partner agency in Kathmandu and in the quality of the workforce they offer. I am grateful for this experience and for the new insights I have gained along the way.
